The AEG IKB64431XB induction hob impresses with plenty of power and a black glass ceramic surface with stainless steel frame. It offers a variety of cooking options, including the MaxiSense Plus hobs. The cooking zones on this induction hob adapt perfectly to the sizes and shapes of most pots and pans. Just make sure that the markings are covered. The size and shape of the cookware used is automatically recognised, whether small or large, and immediately heated to the right temperature. The IKB64431XB offers four cooking zones, which can be conveniently set using the Direct Control cooking zone control on the hob. OptiHeat Control, the residual heat indicator and the eco timer ensure optimised energy consumption. The Stop + GO function allows the cooking process to be interrupted briefly and the count-up timer shows exactly how long a dish has been cooking. Thanks to the electronic automatic cooking zones, the cooking zone switches to full power for a certain time when a cooking level with automatic boil-off is set and then automatically returns to the set cooking level. In terms of safety, the IKB64431XB offers a 3-stage residual heat indicator, a child safety lock, a locking function and a power-dependent automatic switch-off function.

Induction advantage

MaxiSense
The MaxiSense induction hob is characterised by cooking zones that automatically adapt to different sizes and shapes of cookware. Regardless of whether the cookware is small or large, each zone recognises these characteristics and heats the cookware immediately.
Hob2Hood function
Hob2Hood ensures an optimum room climate: the hob controls the extractor bonnet automatically. As soon as you start cooking, the bonnet activates itself and automatically adjusts the power level. This keeps your kitchen and your hands free of annoying steam and unpleasant odours at all times - perfect conditions for preparing your favourite dishes.
Power function
Thanks to the power function, you can reach extremely high temperatures in a very short time and speed up the cooking process considerably. Provide additional intense heat in no time at all and bring a litre of water to the boil in less than two minutes, for example.
Stop + Go function
The phone rings, the children call - unexpected events can occur while cooking. The Stop + Go button allows you to switch all cooking zones to the "Keep warm" function immediately. Pressing the button again cancels the pause
Timer function
The integrated timer allows you to set the cooking time for each cooking zone quickly and easily. The environmentally friendly eco timer even switches off the cooking zone before the set time has elapsed in order to utilise the residual heat efficiently. In addition, the CountUp timer displays the operating time of each individual cooking zone.
