The multi-layer, particle-filtering TECHNIMASK FFP2 half mask is “Made in Germany” and is produced by TechniSat Vogtland GmbH in Schöneck, Saxony, and by TechniSat Teledigital GmbH in Staßfurt. The total of five layers are divided into 2x fleece and 3x meltblown fleece. The meltblown fleece is also produced in Germany, more precisely by the company TechniForm in the Vulkaneifel. In addition, the meltblown fleece is doubly electrostatically charged so that viruses get caught in the filter. The soft fleece material, the elastic ear loops and the adjustable, integrated nose clip ensure that the face mask is very comfortable to wear. The TECHNIMASK FFP2 filters at least 94% of pollutants/particles up to a size of 0.6 µm from the air. The CE certification according to EN 149:2001 + A1:2009 and the directive 2016/425/EU was carried out by the testing institute FORCE Certification A/S, 2605 Brøndby (CE 0200).
